OUR STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

If you believe you have a warranty covered problem or issue and willing to return any Product, please follow the procedure listed below. First thing you would need to do is to notify us about an issue by mail or email. We will provide you with Return Case number and all the details upon receiving your mail and reviewing your concern.

DO NOT SEND GOODS BACK before you have obtained Return #.

Our shipping department will refuse delivery of any unauthorized shipments and no refund will be issued.

SUBMISSION BY MAIL:

You will need to include a written statement describing the problem, a copy of your original receipt from CES -or- a copy of the original receipt from firm who purchased the goods from us for you. Photographs should be included if possible. Submit all as 1 package addressed to: CES, Inc. Warranty Claims Address: 121 North Plains Industrial Rd. #Q, Wallingford, CT 06492

UPON OUR RECEIPT OF YOUR CLAIM SUBMISSION:

1) We will contact you to acknowledge the receipt of your claim.
2) We will initiate a review of your claim and original order documentation.
3) Based upon your claim and order documentation we may issue a return authorization and claim number or deny the claim. In all cases our final response will be in writing.
